I've found that for many simple supports, PrusaSlicer can do the job, but for many support cases, it's not the best tool for the job.  I've found that Cura, in many cases, produces better supports and does not have nearly as many of those frustrating cases where supports are not generated where they should be and phantom supports growing like weeds where they should not be.

However, for general prints, PrusaSlicer does, IMAO, produce better prints with the MK3S and has more consistent printing behavior.
