Under extrusion on Ender 3

Hi everyone,

I'm posting my trouble here, maybe this is somehow a slicer related issue.

I've had a lot of problem with under-extrusion on the first layer ONLY (the rest of the print is fine).

Here is what it does on a layer:

Under-extrusion, see through

It's a very weird effect since the initial line (the long straight line that is printed at the beginning) is nicely thick.

As soon as it gets to printing the model, the filament goes "stringing" (I can see the feedrate decreasing over the first few centimeters until the point where it doesn't stick to the bed at all). It's terrible for curves. Here is a picture:

I'm printing PLA at 215 degress ; bed is at 55 degress Celsius. I'm using a E3D 0.4mm nozzle with Titan extruder (bowden).

I've tried many different settings . Increasing the first layer width makes things worse apparently (No extrusion at all), decreasing also.

First Layer height is 0.2mm (tried 0.1mm also). I calibrate my bed using a 3.5mm cardboard, I tried setting a Z-offset between 0.3-0.4mm.

I'm printing via Octoprint.

If anybody could enlighten me on my issue, that'll be great 🙂 I'm running out of ideas now. Changing the mecanic parts was my last straw.
