Strange support contact z distance behaviour

When trying to slice a file that requires supports on bed, I'm unable to have a "real" 0.2mm gap to the printed part. Tried different contact Z distances and only 0 gave a "normal" looking result. On the video you can see that the last support interface layer is on 1.4mm, then on 1.9 there are some squiggly lines on the outside and then at height of 2.3mm there is the layer to be supported. Tried the same file in Cura, where it works fine and in SuperSlicer where it's also broken.
