Strange Printing Artifacts.

I am getting a strange thing happening with my prints as you can see from the images below on on side I get almost missed perimeters but when checked on the flipped side it's 100% better.   I should note this is not a prusa printer.  And I don't get these problems with other slicers.  I am trying to move to prusasilcer as it has features that I like and want to use.

Thanking you all for any help advise or pointers you can give.

Kind of hard to help without any information?

1. What speed are you printing at?
2. What printer and nozzle size?
3. What material and what temperature is the bed and hot end set at?
4. What are your cooling settings and what kind of part cooling fan are you using?

@blibenson

Very fair question..  here are my printer settings:-

my printer is a custom Built Delta.  Running off a Duet Wifi Board.

I am currently printing in PETG with Temps of 260 first & 250 after.

And part cooling 'Enable auto cooling'

If more info is needed. Please ask.

Hi James,

My only experience of a delta, was taking pictures and putting an ad on ebay for a friend...

your speeds seem a little higher than the prusa.

I understand Delta's are supposed to be faster than cartsian printers, but as you have no other suggestions, could you try calming the speeds down a touch?

Is the printer a bowden printer? what retraction length are you using?

I use 2mm retraction on my prusa mk2 with MMUv1 which is also Bowden feed!#

regards joan
