Slic3r UI modification
I'm learning the different Feature types and the color key is shown in top left corner. To turn features on and off, the drop down is used at bottom. Having a checkbox next to each feature in the color key in the top corner would be nice. Many CAD programs have a checkbox next to parts to show visibility or not. Or a right click on the word to show or not. Not a big major deal, just probably how I'd have done it.

If you want to suggest things then I suggest you open an issue at the Prusa Slicer github https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues as the devs only sometimes pop over here but do look at all the issues on github.
