Reloading updated models?

In Cura I use a workflow where I export STL files from FreeCAD, often using scripts, and then inspect the slicer results. Cura recognizes the STL file has changed and offers me to click a button or press F5.

For PrusaSlicer, It took me a while to figure out that I can reload a model file in a context menu of the "edit" column in the model table on the right. I haven't found a keyboard shortcut and the software doesn't recognize file changes automatically.

Is there a way to update models more conveniently?

I've thought about using the command line engine, but that would make changing settings and visualizing results more difficult.

RE: Reloading updated models?

I only knows about the context menu way of refreshing the model.

You could report this as an issue/feature request here: https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues

It could be a shortcut key like F5 as used in most Windows programs to refresh model/content.

Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉

I thought I might ask this here first before I spam the issue tracker with a feature request that might have been there already. I didn't find it there in a superficial search, but anyway.
