PrusaSlicer 2.1.1 - weird behaviour or bugs

I have two issues I can't understand:

I'm using 25 layers of raft when printing large nylon parts with 0.2mm layer height. The 26:th layer (first real) is 0.5mm layer height. Each individual raft layer is 0.3mm, first layer 0.2mm.

In the Preview tab it's purple wich indicates Bridge Infill to me. It gets quite under extruded.

The interesting layers are at 7.4, 7.9 and 8.1mm in the attached 3mf/zip file.

Second issue:

When using large nozzles I want to use 0.3 or 0.4mm first layer height but if I do that the layer becomes very ugly (like holes in it).

The feeling i get is that the flow is the same as if the layer height is 0.2mm so the first layer gets really under extruded. Anyone else that can replicate this? I have an old picure somewhere if you need some kind of proof, just tell me if you you want me to find it.

I used 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3 for all layers at the time. Everything except for the first layer looked good. When using 0.2mm for the first layer it looked good.

Second issue seems gone in version 2.2
