Prusa Slicer 2.3.3 on Mac OS not sending print files to Octoprint after update. Test connection says success but still will not connect.

I recently updated the slicer to 2.3.3 on Mac OS because I was having issues with the old version. I copied the print, filament and printers files and deleted everything and reinstalled slicer and put the files from those folders back in their place when I finished installing. I reconnected to octoprint and hit test and it said success but when I send to print host it just immediately says completed and doesn't send to octoprint. I tried removing the print/printers files I added incase that screwed something up but it still does not work. I tried downloading 2.4.0 but it does the same thing. I noticed the "browse" button next to "test" does not find octoprint. Each time I click test to make sure it is still connected and it works but will still not send to octoprint. Any help would be super appreciated, this has me stumped. Thanks!

OctoPrint 1.6.1

Python 3.7.3

OctoPi 0.18.0

Prusa Mk3s

TLDR

Prusa slicer worked great sending print files to octoprint before update

updated to Prusa Slicer 2.3.3 on Mac OS

does not connect to octoprint but test connection is a success.

browse button next to test does not find anything.

added old print, printer & filament files back after updated but removed printer files incase there was a bug.

Tried updating to 2.4.0 and still does not work.

[...] I reconnected to octoprint and hit test and it said success but when I send to print host it just immediately says completed and doesn't send to octoprint.

Just to rule out the obvious, you are selecting the Start printing after upload option when you hit send, right? Are the files showing up in the OctoPrint file list? Is your printer connected on the OctoPrint side? Can you start a print directly from OctoPrint?

[...] I noticed the "browse" button next to "test" does not find octoprint.

That doesn't do anything for me. I'm not even sure what it's meant to do.

No issues here using PrusaSlicer 2.3.3 on MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave. So long as the test works, I have no issues. I'd spend some time looking at the OctoPrint logs and options as it seems your PrusaSlicer setup is correct.

Hmm.. How odd - While I don't print from PrusaSlicer directly to my Octoprint instances I have done it in the past without issue.

On macOS.

I assume you grabbed/moved/copied/backed-up the files in ~/Library/Application Support/PrusaSlicer as you have said you copied things back in afterwards.

What about starting from scratch? Just remove all those files, launch PrusaSlicer, do some bare minimum config and try to send a file?

I'd focus on the OctoPrint side

FIXED!

OMG... I have been stuck on this for about a week. I didn't check the print after upload box. I can't believe it was that simple. I feel so dumb, but happy that it is fixed now. Thank you.
