Problem With "Phantom Layer" Being Inserted

I am trying to print the attached part which consists of some louver vents.   There should be no structure at all in each vent openings, but Slicr wants to print a single layer mid-way through the print in one or more of these vent openings.  It's somewhat random in that I can sometimes make it go away by modifying the layer height , but sometimes that fails and it wants to put this single layer in multiple vent openings.  I don't have the same problem in Cura.  STL is coming out of Fusion 360 and vent opening is created using a Loft.  Any ideas?  I have STL, but not sure how I can post it here for others to use.

If you hover your mouse pointer over the ? in a triangle under Name you will see there are a number of errors in the model.  Right click on the question mark and it it will use Netfabb to fix them.  On my PC this solves your problem so give it a try.

To attach a non-supported file format on here just put it in a zip file and then post that.

Indeed that solved it.  I was not aware of that capability.  Thank you!
