Location of automatic gcode?

Where can I find the file(s) that are used to create gcode automatically before and after the custom gcode that I can create within the program?

The specific problem is that the output gcode contains M201, M203,M204, M205, one of which is causing my Z axis to fail (vibrates like crazy, trying to move waaaay too fast). If I manually comment out the M20x lines in the final gcode, the machine works fine.

I would like to edit the file that creates the output gcode so those instructions are not included  in the final gcode.

You can’t, that is part of the program. What you need to do if using PS2.3 is go into printer settings and change the option to emit machine settings. On the top of the screen where you set your machine limits there is a new option that lets you include them in the gcode or not.

If using 2.2 that option isn’t there. In that version you have to change your gcode flavour from Marlin to I think it was repetier as that didn’t add them but the rest of the gcode was the same.
