layer slicing seems different with model positioning

The yellow image shows the filament path after slicing with the object face down and the image is from the bottom of the build plate.

The gray image is filament path sliced with the object face up with the image from above the build plate.

My question is why does PS curve the perimeters in (see circled areas) when the model is facing down.

I've attached object file and the PS .3mf files are attached.

When I set 'Elephant Foot Compensation' to 0 those curved lines change to straight lines.

Thanks for your insight. I didn't check that setting.

As a programmer, I always try to understand how processes work algorithmically ,  and I can see why the Elephant Foot Compensation would not make the adjustment if it resulted in jeopardizing the perimeter width.

It doesn't noticeably effect the print quality, but it looks odd in the slicer.
