How to add Sequencial printing to "Quick settings" area ?

In Slic3r, we had some sort of way to add misc settings to this area where support/infill/brim is.

How can I add  other items there, like "sequencial printing" , which I am toggling often.

You cant.  Slic3r and PS diverged some time ago.  Just because its in more recent versions of Slic3r does not mean it was ever in Prusa Slicer.

You can go make a feature request on github though.  https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+sort%3Aupdated-desc , add another to the almost 1700 open issues lol.  Please please please check if someone has already made the request first though before adding a new one if you do decide to do that.

Given that the 2 bits of software now use completely different code languages for a lot of it and also different libraries I doubt its as simple as merging come code or doing a pull request though.

You could also try Configuration>Preferences>Gui and select Settings in non modal window.  That allows settings windows to be separated so you can still have the 3dobject/preview window there while changing all the settings.
