Display Filename
I changed my Printer Settings Start G-Code using M117 to provide me with various prompts an info during setup. But when the print starts I want to see the filename that is printing. How or what code do I use to complete this task?

M117 [input_filename_base] perhaps?
Have you tried simply adding one more M117 command with the filename after all your setup prompts? Something like:
M117 [input_filename_base]
Also, if you are using OctoPrint, there are other alternatives.
