I had to use google translate to follow the previous posts so forgive me if that didnt work too well but adesir is correct. System presets are added and REMOVED by running the configuration wizard. I just tried it with my test setup at work and by adding a MK2.5 and then removing it. You have to untick it from the wizard and complete the run through to get it to be removed.
Its unfortunate that the Genius (which Ive just tried) is defined as a single printer as far as the presets go. You will have to request that its split out into a separate printer over on github.
