Is there a way to move the Brim to the inside of a circular file rather than it being on the outside?

I am not tracking a way and google did nto reveal one. You could design the file to have a 0.4mm brim.

You can create a fake brim with a modifier. Create a thin disc positioned on the inside. Not ideal, but an option.

Once again, not in Prusa Slicer, but Super Slicer allows that option for brims.
