Bridgr infill and overhang perimeter blobing

Hi,

Bridges and holes do not come dimensionaly accurate, because the bridge infill and overhang perimeters makes blobs on the roofs of the holes and overhangs. Picture from the Prusa Slicer and printed part below. Is it possible to totally remove the bridging infill or get it to at least start at the top of the hole? This is Slicer setting, not printer. I used Cura before (wich is much better slicer by all means), but now with MMU2s it is not an option and with Cura it didn't do the overhang blobing. Unchecking the ''Detect bridging perimeters'' do not cut off the bridging infill.

Hole is just for M5 screw, so the hole's roof area is not big.

Printing in different orientation is not an option with this object.

I am using i3 Mk3S with MMU2s, PETG, 0,6 mm nozzle and 0,1 mm layer hight.

Any ideas how to get rid of those bridge infills?

Nope you can’t. It’s always bridge infill even with bridging turned off as that only counts for the perimeters. I’m not sure why the infill is showing through though as it doesn’t do that normally.

Any chance of attaching your saved 3mf project file so we can take a look.  The forum only accepts a few file types none of which are 3D print related so all files must be zipped up into an archive to be attached.
