3d Tool paths

Is anybody considering 3d tool paths? Would really be a leap forward in 3d printing. Its out there now, but to be a formal option in the slicer would be amazing.

Yes. Google it. Very interesting, but with current FFF technology, you're limited by the depth of the nozzle and the cooling duct and other hardware in the vicinity of the nozzle. This was news about a year ago.

Yep, I linked the research in my post 😉 Wondering if Prusa has researched it - would be a huge improvement in the state of the art
