Printing thin flat surfaces (1.5mm) and sagging

Hi All,

Anyone have some ideas on dealing with sagging when printing thin flat surfaces (1.5mm thick). My assumption is that when the layer is being peeled away its somehow stretching the layer. More support around that area and or longer curing time ?

Thanks,

Serge

I print directly on the print bed, without supports. Thin layers print really well, and fast. Simply lay them flat.

RE: Printing thin flat surfaces (1.5mm) and sagging

Hi !  @Mbarr and @Serge-s ... I have a similar problem. I have tried rotating the model 10º, 20º, 30º, 45º, increasing and decreasing the distance between the platform and model, but it does not solve the problem,... Should I print directly on the bed too?

Best regards, Carlos
