Deformation in model - how to solve?

Hi, I am printing a model of our machine modules. The modules are placed under an angle of 20 degrees. At 25 mm I have deformations. The area should be straight there. Wall thickness is 1 mm. The rest of the model is perfect.  Suggestions how to improve?

Total print height 60 mm.

Fresh bottle Prusa Tough Grey - 20 degrees room temp. No refill, all in one go.

I also tried it without an angle. Now I have problems at 17.5 mm from the bed. This is the area where the walls go to a closed "roof" surface. See pics below.

The blue marked line is correct, this is in the model. The red marked deformations are the problem.

Did you solve this? Have you tried to increase exposure times and preheat the resin before printing?

@dario-f

Hi Dario, no not yet. Thank you for your suggestions. I was using the standard settings for tough grey. Which one would help the most? Pre heat or increase exposure time or both. How big step of increase time would you take? I guess I have to play around a bit.
regards Peter
The test piece came out perfect.
thanks for your advice.
