Excessive Calibration

I have had the SL1 for a little over a month.  At first I was loving it, everything was working great.  However over the past few weeks, I am having to calibrate it more often every time.  I am now at the point of having to calibrate it after every print, otherwise the print will fail.  It seems like the front of the bed is not remaining level after calibration.  My prints will either be tilted in the front or fail all together.  You can imagine how frustrating this is.  I even replaced the FEP film to see if that was possibly it.  When replacing the film, I torqued the screws with a torque screwdriver and recalibrated the machine again.  However, I am still having issues.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

RE: Excessive Calibration

I believe I have resolved this issue.  I tore the whole printer apart looking for loose screws.  I found I was missing a lock nut on the tower, which I doubt was the issue, since the screw was still tight.  I believe I forgot the line up the swivel arm that is connected to the vat tilt.  This screw was also a little loose, so I tightened it up as well.

I calibrated the printer and have printed 5 successful prints since then.
