Cantilever hole issue

How are you!

I realized that why the platform is still moving though I tightened and screwed the bolt and the top knob.

My Cantilever 's hole is broken.

When I screwed mk x 25 blot, it doesn't fit and ran idle.

Please , exchange my faulty part.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Clara Kim

Good Morning Clara,

This is not the place to report faults and request support,

Please use the chat service on the eShop page

https://shop.prusa3d.com/en/#_ga=2.218651993.1937946273.1575375525-1919210781.1575375525

the chat tab opens in the bottom right corner of the screen about 5 seconds after the screen loads...

regards Joan

@joantabb

Dear Joan,

Thanks for your advice.

I am newbie and  adjusting PRUSA'mood  in here.

Now I know that here is not the place to complain or request exchange the faulty part.

I felt little bit nervous but I agree with your opinion.

Thanks and Happy printing.

Be blessed,

Clara

No need to be Nervous Clara, most of us are Prusa customers, and we help each other, some members of the prusa team drop in from time to time, but it's more direct to contact the support team via the Chat service, or by email,  or on the Git Hub pages rather than through here.

Welcome to the group, and I wish you Happy Printing.

regards Joan

@joantabb

Dear Joan,
I found it why my cantilever was not tightened with M3X25 bolt.

The thread of bolt has problem.

Totally, there are three  M3x25  bolts in the plastic bag and two of them have badness!
Now everything is  all right!
Wish a happy printing!
