BIG PROBLEM PRINT NOT STICKING PLATFORM
I am having a big problem after months of use.

I used a liter of white resin without problems and now I am using the orange resin. I changed the FEP because I was having quality problems and had already used a full liter. After changing the FEP I had a correct print and from that print the models do not stick to the metal platform, they remain at the bottom of the tank. What can be?

RE: BIG PROBLEM PRINT NOT STICKING PLATFORM

Did you use a Prusa FEP or an third party FEP? If you used a Prusa FEP, did you remove both protective layers?

Put some high proof rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and give the FEP a good clean.

Make sure the platform is good and clean and also that it is secured tightly.

I'm not clear if this is the first you are using the orange resin or not. If it is it may require some adjustments to the initial layer time.

Go through the leveling wizard again and make sure the platform gimbal is really tight.

RE: BIG PROBLEM PRINT NOT STICKING PLATFORM

The print bed must be clean. Scrape it off and wipe it with a paper towel before putting it back into the printer

If the print won’t stick to the print bed then apply a layer of Monocure3d Platebond to the build plate. It sticks so tightly I have to use a tack hammer and paint scraper to hammer the print off the build plate

I’m not happy with Prusa resin, which is why I use Monocure 3d Flex. Its more reliable
