Support: Soluble Interface but not for bottom layer?

I want to use the soluble interface preset, but it's not sticking as well as it should to the bed.
The algorithm Is probably considering the bed as an interface layer, but it would be much better if it didn't

Is there any way of preventing the first layer using PVA and just having regular PLA?

I'm having the same Issue right now! 😀 I'll try a raft for now and will see how it goes.

Yes I had this problem and was able to work around it on the slicer.

Print Settings -> Multiple Extruders -> Support Material/raft/skirt Extruder  (N.B not the option with 'interface' in it). This setting defaults to 0 (for soluble interfaces), which means 'use whatever'. Change it to the number of one of your PLA extruders.

Ideally I'd like to say 'anything but extruder N' but I don't think that is supported. The syntax could allow -5 or 1,2,3,4 if they added the feature.
