PVA & Prusa Slicer (Wipe Tower supports non-soluble supports)

Newbie Q on PVA.  With the new Prusa Slicer how do you print PVA Supports?  I tried using the MMU2s profile and assigning the supports to Extruder 2 but I then get a msg saying "The wipe tower currently supports the non-soluble supports only...." and it either turns off the Wipe Tower or sets the extruder to 0 for supports.

Thanks

Nathan

IIRC (at least I think that worked for me one or two SW updates ago...) you have to assign the soluble material to Extruder #5.

I also am confused by why the wipe tower goes away if you want to specifically assign one material to be the support. For instance, I have two materials I'm printing (one material is created as a part to form a support interface) and I want the the material I'm using for the main part to also be used as the support under the second material, but I'm not allowed to set that extruder to also be the support material without disabling the wipe tower. Why not? I'm using two materials; a wipe tower is a necessity, yet it wants to use extruder 0. When it does that it is then using both materials as support materials and I specifically don't want to do that as one of the materials is expensive and I don't want to waste it.
