Problem loading filament to extruder with MMU2S

Hello,

I narrowed up the problem, and it seems to be the filament head after unloading. But I'm not sure what to do...

The extruder cannot load, try again and fail.

Its a Generic PLA from BQ.

Picture show some heads and the spare PTFE tube from the extruder.
