Printer swaps to filament 1 before print
I have a strange problem when I try to print from any filament other then nr 1.
The printer loads the filament, heats the extruder, prime and prints the first clean out string then stops and unloads the filament, loads filament from spool nr 1 and starts printing. This doesn't happen every time but very often at the moment.
I'm on fw 3.9.1 & 1.6. I've had this problem before on older fw.
Does any one have a resolution?

IIRC If you specify more than one virtual nozzle, PrusaSlicer will put a filament change (Tn) before print commands. I think it's unavoidable except by manually editing the GCode file.

Mine is doing this after removing the MMU2 unit and flashing the regular firmware.
I can't find the virtual nozzle setting. Mine will print 1 layer and want a filament swap. Thoughts?
