Possible to see FINDA and IR settings during MMU2s error?

About once a month it seems I have issues with either the FINDA or the IR sensor.  Today it was during a spool join.  The light was blinking fast so it was an unload error and no filament was in the path so I'm sure it was one of the sensors but is there any way to find out which one?  I don't appear to be allowed to do anything on the printer when an error message is showing except "fix the problem" which I would do if it gave me a clue as to what it thought the problem was.   If I could see the sensor 1/0 values I would know which sensor, if it's a sensor, and could tweak it appropriately then resume printing.  So, is there any way to see and adjust the sensor values when an error message is showing?  As it is I randomly shove both sensors around then randomly hit a button (since it also doesn't tell you which one to hit) and hope it continues.  Tonight it wouldn't after 15 minutes of trying so I gave up on the print.

The FINDA sensor light is on if’s not triggered and it’s off if triggered. It’s not that bright, but if you know what to look for, it’s easy to see. The IR sensor is a different story. There is a mod to add the led light to the sensor. Other options are very limited. Usually you don’t have any options to select anything on the MK3s display in error case.

Looks like it falls under nice to have features @PR.

@nikolai-r

Sorry I took so long to respond.  Work got in the way.  Anyway, thanks for the info.  I didn't think of  modifying it to get an external light.  That would help a lot.  I'll take a look at it.
