MK3/MMU2 individual filament calibration not working. ???
I just updated my MK3 firmware to 3.9.0-3421, and am attempting to calibrate the individual filaments of the MMU2, firmware 1.0.6-372. Everything goes as expected until step 6, "Press the middle button to confirm the selection and load the filament into the
extruder. Successful filament load is indicated by first and fourth LEDs flashing."
At this this point, filament one LED turns green, but nothing happens beyond that. I have turned the printer off and retried two more times, same result.

Found the problem! I have been doing a lot of testing the past 3 days trying to get PLA supports for PETG working reliably. Doing a lot of temp changes, one of the changes was to add M109 to the end code for the PETG filament, today discovered that the temp wait code does not affect the MMU2! The MMU2 fed to extruder, then proceeded to continue the feed, even though the extruder was waiting for the temp. Put it back to M104, temp change without wait, now it works as intended.
