idler 1 no longer grips the filament (???)
So my MMU2 developed an issue - idler 1 no longer grips the filament, the idlers sit as tight as possible and the wheel is sharp and clean when I test it.
Anyone has any ideas, or should I just print new plastic parts for the MMU and rebuild it? It's around 3 years old, factory made parts. None of the other idlers have an issue.

I had this problem too a while ago. My idler-thing (the big printed part with all the bearings inside) broke. There were visible cracks (only visible after disassembly).
I reprinted one and it worked again. Try to check if yours is still good.

Thanks, that's probably it. I'll print a new one. Seems like the orange PETG gets brittle after a while (~year)?
