Flexible filaments always jam

I just upgraded to a Mk3s MMU2s and I've been having an issue where whenever I try to use a flexible filament it will load it from the multiplexer just fine but the bondtech extruder gears the filament somehow ends up on the wrong side of them and jams completely.  Any advice?

How do I adjust the load speed of the MMU2S? It seems to run at a single speed all the time.

There is a thread on the Bondtech/motor shaft alignment in the MK3S being off center.  It causes all sorts of issues with flex filament not loading.  Someone has a redesign of the extruder that corrects the offset, too.

Could you give me a link to that thread and where I could find the adjusted parts?

Thanks

I'd have to search for it too.
