Filament not reaching extruder and filament calibration issues

Hello, I've got an MK3 with an MMU2 unit. They've been working well for a while but now I'm having the problem where the filament stops short during loading. It's passing through the bowden tube and about 2 cm into the extruder body, but it is not reaching the bond tech gears. I attempted to recalibrate the filament length based on this tutorial ( https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/service-menu-individual-filament-calibration_86376 ), but when I got to the end of step 5, where you're supposed to unload the filament by pressing the middle MMU2 button, the filament will not unload very much. It reels the filament back in about an inch, then stops.

I thought this might have something to do with the filament sensor, so I checked the "sensor info" menu. The FINDA is working well, but next to IR it says "N/A". These things seem related, or maybe not. With all this, what can I do to get the filament properly loading?
