Bondtech firmware compatibility prusa

Hello recently purchased a bondtech Prusa i3 MK3S+/MK3S / MK2.5S Mosquito upgrade kit along with the mosquito hot end. and installed the 3.10.0 firmware(FW3100-Build4990) my issue is I like to run my prints through octo print and it is not updating the total runtime or filament used on the prusa under statistics. it has ran about 50 hours since the upgrade and it only shows 18 minutes of total runtime on my printer. probably due to the fact I ran a program from the sd card directly. Is there a way to update this so it will show total runtime and filament used correctly? I have already tried re installing the software and it has done nothing. End of the day it works fine without showing the statistics but it would be nice.

I will check tomorrow but I do not think I have this problem.

Stats

I mean, I do not think I have this problem.  The print just finished and my stats increased.

issue

Back reporting:  I recommend you report this issue to Bondtech.  I am having the same issues with HT Magnum firmware 3.10.  I thought I was not, but I was wrong.  After multiple prints, it is not updating the statistics.

ah ok and i have last reply i got was "Ok, so when printing from a USB drive do you still have that issue? To reiterate; statistics doesn't work when printing over USB SERIAL meaning pronterface or OctoPrint and we can't help you with that. This is a known issue in Prusa firmware. https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/196 6"

RE: Bondtech firmware compatibility prusa

I have the same problem, and I just updated the printer firmware from the Bondtech Prusa i3 MK3S+ Mosquito upgrade kit along with the mosquito and the hot temperature HT.

Prusa's screen shows 12 hours of print time. Octo's screen/webpage shows 18 hours of print time.

Also, on the side, not Prusa's screen in the support section shows the hot end is "E3D V6 Full"! is this ok?!

RE: Bondtech firmware compatibility prusa

Problem solved!

found that I was missing the last step in installing Bondtech's printer firmware.

"Perform a Factory Reset on your printer and choose ALL DATA to erase old values saved to the EEPROM.

If you fail to do so, you will experience under-extrusion.

Follow Prusa's guide on how to do this here: Prusa Factory Reset."

https://support.bondtech.se/Guide/00.+Bondtech+Prusa+i3+-+Firmware+Update/44

However, I still have the hot end name issue. It does not bother since it seems it is just a rename thing!
