All lights on MMU unit (red and green)

Troubleshooting help, thanks in advance!

All of the lights on now on the MMU unit (red and green). I don't see this combination listed in the docs anywhere. Running latest firmware (3.8.1, 1.0.6). And no MMU-related items on the menu now and MMU buttons not responsive.
