Read the updated MMU handbook (1.03)
I found a few new information in the new handbook (1.03) to share.
- decrease temperature, increase the cooling move setting in the slicer to 2 or 3 if the filament tip is stringy.
- drill the hole above the gear with 2.0mm drill bit if the extruder is an old one.
Some other information might be useful to you but the above two are new to me. (not really new but now official)
