Prusa I3 MMu2s Matter Hackers Pro PVA settings

Hi I am trying to get the correct settings for using this material. There must be someone who hashas figured this out. So far I have not been able to get the filament to unload successfully each time. It is almost there but it makes keeps getting caught where the PTFE tube attaches to the print head and then the mmu gears cannot pull it. The shape of the end is pretty near perfect. Printing it at 200. 4 cooling moves, first one 3mm/sec second 2mm/sec

Any help would be wonderful...
Thank you

Have not printed with that PVA before, but here is what I had to do to improve reliability of my MMU2S:

Also, I found that if you print with different materials (PLA + PVA, PVA + PETG...) then you will get a weaker part unless you purge crazy volumes (>2500mm³) of plastic:

So something else to be aware of

I built my own filament buffer/ holder.  I used parts from the Prusa filament buffer to make it.  The spoils roll on their centers and turn with ease. That made a difference less drag.  I will try your bolt weights I think and the alternative firmware.  I will also switch to the 3mm PTFE TUBE and see what happens.  Thanks for your time to reply.  If your interested in my mods let me know and I will share them with you .   Gratitude 🙂

@fionnbharre-s2

No problemo
Ah yup, I see what you are trying to do with your buffer. I tried running it that way but was worried about the filament unrolling off the holder. Will be super interesting to see if your way works out
