How to print at all? Filament won't load.
I have sliced an object using the single MMU profile and then loaded the filament on the MMU. When I print the object I am not asked which filament to use (the display already says F1), and it doesn't actually load anything. The printer just assumes there is filament and goes through the motions. When I stop the print it goes through the full unload sequence. What am I missing? Trying to load filament 1 from the LCD and from the MMU just loads it into the MMU and then back out.

I found the issue. While I thought I'd selected the Single MMU profile, I had not. Because of this, the T? command wasn't sent to the printer, which triggers the extruder selection.
