Filament jamming on loading

Hello,

First post and thanks for the add!!

Bought a used MMU2S off eBay about 2 months ago. Its been working flawlessly until today.

Using default settings and printing PLA @ 215C. The tip is now a little blunt and won't reload.

Had perfect load/unload/reload with this same filament. Not sure what went wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TIA

RE: Filament jamming on loading

It's a good idea to always start with a clean tip on your filament. Use some wire cutters and cut the tip at an angle. If it still won't load try following these steps https://help.prusa3d.com/article/lnbcnhg76k-cold-pull . If you can't push the filament through you may need to disassemble your hot end to see if maybe a piece of filament got lodged in or just below the PTFE tube.
