Does the MMU effect occurs on the print quality?
Is this true? please help!

I have not noticed any issues with print quality by having the MMU attached to the printer. Once the MMU has fed filament to the print head, the same direct drive motor pushes that filament through the hot end. The only issues you might (or likely) to encounter are prints failing or halting mid-way through a print due to a loading or unloading error with the MMU.

or the mmu suddenly deciding its gonna move the carriage,for no reason.
