Purdge Block blobs

I am getting blobs in my purdge blocks which are causing the print head to hit them.  I have ensured I am using the MMU2S profile and it does have the -25mm extra loading distance set as I have seen others suggest.    Looking for suggestions.

RE: Purdge Block blobs

I' just get my MK3S and MMU2S and i have the same issues, i really like to know what is the problem ... I just let the default parameters, with lizard model from prusa. I'm not an expert in this field. I use 3 colors for this model made out of PLA.

I think this is happening to me too. Just added an MMU2S to my i3 MK3S and filament changes seem to be working fine except for the filament flow in the wipe tower each time the filament changes. It kind of spatters out like its got built up pressure and leaves a glob of filament before moving on through the wipe in the tower. Then it proceeds as normal. Cant figure out why its doing that. It also seems to make a chucky click sound in the extruder at the bondtech drivegears before it spatters out the glob.
