Probleme chargement fil dans extrudeur

Bonjour,

Adrien

RE: Probleme chargement fil dans extrudeur

Hi,

With my limited French I can deduce that the filament is loading into the MMU Ok then once you are loading to the extruder it is retreating back up the tube.  I have to reply in English as my French is not good enough to write in.

Are you using the load to nozzle if not give it a try.  If the problem still occurs then your problem is 99% your filament sensor in the extruder thinking you already have filament in it so it is bouncing the new filament until the machine gets upset.

I used a trick from a fombot machine to set up the filament sensor with the mmu attached which worked perfectly for me.  Its worth a try, even it it fails it wont hurt.

Do all of this cold

1. Remove the PFTE tube from the extruder

2. loosen all the way the idler screw on the left hand side of the extruder (40mm screw with the spring)

3. Cut a piece of filament approx. 20cm long (not critical but longer is better than shorter)

4. Push the filament into the extruder all the way to the hotend (you will have a lot out that is good)

5. tighten the idler screw until you can move the filament but with strong resistance

6. Remove the filament you should hear a click as the bondtech gear springs back

7. Replace the PFTE tube

J'espère que ça aide

@herbiedc3

Hello and thank you for your answer !

I will try to answer you in English ...

I did not have the opportunity to test the solution that you proposed to me because another problem appeared this morning...

The temperature of the nozzle remains at 0 ° C and refuses to rise ...

I tried several small things but nothing works ...

If you have a solution to bring me!

Thank you

Adrien
