Problem calibrating filament lengths on positions 2-5

Hi all, hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I am at a loss of how to get my MMU to calibrate the length for positions 2 to 5.

I have sucessfully got into the special calibration mode, and got the first position to run down the orange tube up to the Mk3's gear. I can adjust the position and get that to repeat itself correctly but I can't get beyond this.

The instructions say you just press the right button and the selector will move to position 2 and you can then run the calibration again there -but it won't move. All that happens if I press the right button is that the 5th LED lights up -the selector doesn't move.

Have I missed something -or am I running the older firmware on the MMU which only has one calibration position? I tried to flash the firmware on the MMU but it failed -so I had assumed I had the current firmware version loaded -but I am not sure how to check. Is the MMU firmware the same file as the Mk3 firmware?

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

first you hit position 4. then select filament.

I have a Prusa,therefore I research.

this might help.. press and hold the buttons for a little more then a second. they do not react to just a click of the button you have to hold them down and then the selector starts moving.

Thanks for the suggestion but I've tried this -nothing happens, it just redoes the same position 1.

I'm wondering if my MMU firmware is an older version -mine is 0.9.x.x -however I cannot find out what version it should be. The download page only references the version numbers for the Mk3 firmware -where can I see the MMU firmware versions?

Re: Problem calibrating filament lengths on positions 2-5

Go to the firmware download page: https://www.prusa3d.com/drivers/

Scroll down to the section titled: ORIGINAL PRUSA I3 MK3/MK2.5 MULTI MATERIAL 2.0

Download the firmware file: FIRMWARE 3.4.2 (V1.0.2) October 20, 2018

In that, you have the latest "reliable" printer firmware and the MMU firmware (prusa3d_fw_MMU2board_1_0_2.hex)
