Is there supposed to be a big hole in the side of the extruder?

Does this look right after installing the MM2S upgrade? I feel like there shouldn't be a huge gap here, but maybe I'm over thinking it?

Are you concerned about the hexagonal inspection viewport where you can see the Bondtech gears??  That's normal.

And if you mean the opening where you can see the metal heat sink, that's normal too — Prusa removed the grill that was present on the previous MK3 extruder design to get better airflow. And there's also empty space between the diagonally-mounted print fan and the rest of the extruder.

That covers everything I can see in the picture.
