PTFE work around

Is is there a way to work around having the piece of PTFE inside the extruder Set up can I get a longer heat break

Why do you think you need a bigger heat break?  If you look at some of Prusa's really old designs many of them have really long heat breaks.  Prusa no longer uses those designs, they use an E3d hot end which is pretty awesome.  All hot ends that I know of, even the ones claiming to be all metal have a gap for a bit of PTFE, often this is a parking place for a bowden tube.  The PTFE for the I3 hot end is just to provide a smooth path from the extruder gears to the heat break.

I don't necessarily want a bigger or longer heat break i would like getting rid of the PTFE in the set up yeah set up I just don't like having it there I have had 1 or 2 jams Because of it nothing serious but just wondering if I can get rid of it and go around it somehow

The Revo6 still has a piece of PTFE tube, but it doesn't even touch the heat break. Maybe you can remove the collet and it will still work.

The Revo Hemera only uses the PTFE tube as a guide to the extruder. There is no PTFE inside the extruder.
