Prusa Quad - 4x size print bed ideas?

I currently own 3 Mk3s along with my orig Prusa mk2.5s. My company is growing and need more parts faster. Running Volcanos with 1 mm nozzles on two Prusas to make the same parts over and over where appearance doesn’t matter(inside a machine). Due to 250x210 print bed size, it requires me print 13 separate pieces and glue together. Does anyone have knowledge or interested in working together at building a 4x larger x-y  frame and using sacrificed parts (Einy, motors, sensors etc) of a mk3. Aluminum extrusion frame, keep z at 210mm and mount 4 mk52 print beds side by side to make 500mm x 400mm over mounted on an aluminum 4x y-slide frame to hold these aligned to create one continuous print surface. X-slide is lengthened as well. Alternately, if there is another large print bed available.  After the firmware mods to accommodate the Volcano, I feel the firmware can be rewritten to increased x-y and to locate Pinda Sensors on new 4x bed. Any thoughts?

I am not sure this is the same topic.

Not really the same topic - but the idea is very flawed from the beginning: four beds mounted together? Seriously?  This is a fail of the worst magnitude because it shows the OP put absolutely no thought into the issues faced in 3D printing.  Just as easily asked "Hey, help me strap four MK3's together to make one large print bed!"  without asking why the frames would be a problem.

ps: but hey - please do continue the discussions.  It'd be fun to watch.
