Probably basic Octoprint question.

I'm using a Pi Zero W with the latest Octopirint through usb to an MK3. My understanding is that the Pi is feeding the code to the printer actively as it prints and not doing something like feeding the whole file at once. So If I go to the printer settings and change temps it will affect it as that is directly controlling hardware on the printer but if I change the speed does that affect it as well or is it limited to the speed in the file being fed from the Pi? hope that makes sense.

Re: Probably basic Octoprint question.

My understanding is that if you adjust the speed in octoprint, it will adjust the speed of the printer up to the limits set in the firmware. The speed adjustment in octoprint is just a multiplier that will adjust all speeds in the g code up or down.

Can you still make printer TUNE adjustments from the printer front LCD panel control like you can printing from the SD card?
