LCD brightness mod

Since Firmware 3.9.0 offers brightness adjustment for the LCD, and naturally I do not have one of these newer compatible LCDs, I intend to mod mine. Should be as simple as adding a small MOSFET. Does anyone have pinouts or schematics for me so I can figure out what needs to be done? Thanks!
