Bear and Bunny versus Bondtech (Or ways to reduce Bondtech extruder squeak)

I have two MK3 printers, one with a full Bear upgrade. Both are running the Bondtech upgrade ( https://www.bondtech.se/en/product/prusa-i3-mk2-mk2s-extruder-upgrade/) and I'm relatively happy with the performance with one exception, noise. With silent mode, and X and Y stepper dampeners, Y linear rails, and placement in an enclosure, my printers are nearly silent except for the extruder/ gear squeak when doing some functions, such as retracting.

I was wondering if anyone here has tried the Bear and Bunny extruder? It seems to have the same goals as the Bondtech - gear reduction for more torque, less weight but uses a belt so I thought it might be quieter? The 80+ build steps do seem a little daunting. https://bunnyscience.dozuki.com/Guide/Bunny+and+Bear+(BNBSX)+MKS3+Geared+Extruder+Assembly/2

Also any thoughts on how to quitet the Bondtech would also be appreciated. It's very well oiled so not more I can do there.

I have two printers assembled with similar mods.  I am not experiencing any increase in noise.

Maybe I did a bad job explaining the problem - since I'm printing right now, just uploaded a 15-second video of what I'm calling the extruder squeak - - happens at 0:01, 0:05, and 0:13.

I'm more than open I did something wrong so any help to stop the squeak would be appreciated.

Uh, what extruder squeak?  The loudest sound in that video clip was the y-axis going back and forth.

I guess I'm a lot more sensitive to high-pitched infrequent noises. I clearly hear the squeak at the timecodes - I guess the y-axis motion in the middle of the video is louder, but when I move further away (i.e. trying to work at my desk in the same room) I just don't hear those lower frequencies. The only thing that bothers me is the squeaks.

So to close this out - the Bear and Bunny extruder has the same behavior. I think it's an artifact of the faster the stepper has to turn given the gear reduction. This below isn't mine, but I hear the same squeak at 0:20.

My solution was to solder in some quality XT60 quick disconnects to the PSU mounted in my enclosure (as I have a spare Mean Well 350) so it's now much easier to move the printer to another room when I don't need the enclosure for printing high temp materials. That way I don't hear it when I work.
