Color print not working.

I've tried in Chrome and Firefox but even though both recognise my G-Code as Slic3r neither browser then gives me the option to a color change layer. Used to work fine for me until recently.

I am having the exact same issue. Do not know what is going on.

I'd suggest trying the 1.42 beta of Slic3r PE. It has color change support built in and I'm guessing that said page will be obsolete soon once this feature is released officially.
