X-Axis Length Failure

I got my Mk3s kit built. Found that the X-Axis motor caused the belt to run up against orange support. Causing x-Axis failure during wizard.  Tried backing it off with a couple washers. Caused  Wizard test to get a bit further along but still failed- HELP !!!

RE: X-Axis Length Failure

Can you post a picture of your x axis stepper/pully and the idler end too please.
One really common build error is to put the pulley on backwards which causes the belt to be out of alignment and rub against the plastic parts.  Anyway without pics its hard to give any advice.
