excruder not loading filament
The load filament button nothing happens I think that it is the filament sensor
thinking that the filament has run out how can I trick it to show filament all the time

Turn off the filament sensor in settings.
If you manually insert filament into the extruder does it load?
Possible the PTFE tube is not aligned under the Bondtech.
